These rates include comfortable accommodations in a log cabin with private sitting area, three meals per day, and all ranch activities including horseback riding and fly fishing. In lieu of tipping our staff, a service charge of 15% is made to cover all gratuities at the ranch. A Wyoming Sales Tax of 6% will be collected on 40% of the lodging total. Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more people.

An advance deposit of $600.00 per persons 6 years of age and over is required to hold a reservation. If the deposit is not received within two weeks of making a reservation, the space will be released. Early reservations are advised, in order to guarantee your preferred dates. Airline reservations should be made at time of deposit, as space into Jackson is limited. Round-trip Jackson Hole Airport pick-up is available at a charge of $75.00 per car. We can help you with your Saturday night reservations in Jackson prior to or after you visit the ranch.

The deposit is refundable only if the space is refilled. If a replacement is found, the deposit, less a $100.00 per person handling fee, will be refunded . If cancellation is made after May 1, the deposit may be applied toward a reservation the following season.

Reservations for groups of 15 or more require a 50% deposit. Family reunion groups (minimum 25 people) must reserve early to assure having the required space available. Cash, Travelers Checks or personal checks only please.
