Dude Ranch Rates & Reservations Book the dude ranch vacation of a lifetime

The rates for a six-night all-inclusive Wyoming dude ranch vacation (Sunday through Saturday) are as follows:

    * Adults 13 yrs. and older - $1,850
    * Children 6-12 yrs. - $1,375
    * Children 2-5 yrs. - $700
    * Children under 2 yrs. $375

These all-inclusive per person rates include cabin accommodations richly appointed with keeping an authentic western ranch feel, a private sitting area and sun porch, all ranch meals and snacks, ranch activities, horseback riding, kids program and fly fishing on stocked ponds. In lieu of tipping our staff, an additional charge of 16% is added to cover all services. A Wyoming sales tax of 6% will be collected on the lodging portion. Discounts are available for family groups of 15 or more people.

An advanced deposit of $600 per persons 6 years of age and over is required to hold a reservation at our Jackson Hole dude ranch. If the deposit is not received within two weeks of making a reservation, the space will be released. Early reservations are advised in order to guarantee your preferred dates. Airline reservations should be made at the time of deposit, as flights into Jackson Hole are limited. Round-trip Jackson Hole Airport or hotel pick-up is available at a charge of $90 per vehicle. We can help arrange your Saturday night lodging reservations in Jackson Hole prior to or after your family ranch vacation.

Deposits are refundable only if the space is refilled. If a replacement is found, the deposit, less a $100 per person handling fee, will be refunded. If cancellation is made after May 1, the deposit may be applied toward a reservation the following season.

Reservations for family groups, corporate groups of 15 or more may require a 50% deposit. Family reunion groups should reserve early to assure having the required space available. A minimum of 25 people is required to reserve the entire ranch for your group. We accept personal checks, cash and travelers checks only. We do not take credit cards.
